No. You can book a live doctor call or request a review pay-as-you-go on any plan, including Basic. Paid plans include reviews and calls and unlock lower member rates.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your account. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle, and your health timeline always stays with you.

What does "doctor-reviewed" include?

A licensed doctor reviews your AI summary and the questions you submit, then responds by text or voice — and on a live call where your plan includes it. This is educational guidance and care navigation, not diagnosis or prescriptions.

Who counts as a family member?

Anyone you invite to your vault — a parent abroad, a partner, or a child. The Family plan covers up to 4 members; Enterprise can support more.
